Avoiding Homework

Oh yes. The struggle is real! I'm sitting in front of my computer actually writing a paper. However, the steam just ran out and my eyes are glazing over. My eyes are a story for another day though.

Laying out for you exactly what I'm avoiding:

Sunday (tomorrow): a root cause analysis simulation to include 2 research articles.
Monday: Med-Surg exam on renal and urinary disorders; a 10 page case study on one of my patients this semester, also including 2 research articles.
Wednesday: presentation of root cause simulation, Leadership exam.
Thursday: PowerPoint (and handout) presentation on 10 page case study.
Friday: present PowerPoint presentation over 30 mins. (Dressed fancy and in heels. Yes ma'am!)
Next week I have 2 more exams, and the week after, I have 3 finals!

But on a brighter note, I just inherited an impala hide from my dear sister from when we visited Africa! And I asked a dear friend to create a Native American painting that looks great. I think it would be cool to have lots of culture in my apartment. When I get one. It will inspire me to continue to see the world. To take amazing vacations... Or mix work and play and just participate in Doctors Without Borders! Mom thinks I'll get Ebola. I'll risk it to travel.

As much as I would love to keep procrastinating, I think it would be more beneficial to get back to my work. So, as all you lovely people sleep like normal folks, I'll just plug away at my to-do list!

Impala are very popular in the African bush.

And this is just what needs to be done tonight...
